Project Overview
The home was built in the late 1980's. One of the hardest renovations we have ever done. There were so many problems that we found after we demoed that even I was surprised. You never know what you will find but this took that to the extreme. We rebuilt structure, we changed plumbing and electrical, we had a huge bee hive in the attic and bad rodent infestations but in the end the product was something to be proud of. We renovated approximately 3,200 sq.ft. of living space down to only the drywall. The project took 16 weeks and most of the extra work we did was never charged for. I had to fix it all.
