Project Overview

We built this home in 1995. There is a fun story behind how we were contracted to remodel it in 2015 under new owners. The home is approx. 6,800sq.ft. 1st & 2nd floor and with finished basement is 8,000 living space. We demo'd every room in the home to drywall. We replaced every floor covering, We replaced both stair cases. I also built a huge kitchenette, pergola, and outdoor bathroom in the back yard and found them one of the top designers to do their pool, Black Creek Canyon. From start to finish the job took 5-1/2 months. It took almost 12 weeks to get 6,000 sq.ft. of hickory plank floor to be hand scraped at the flooring contractors facility.
